At GiftFete, we deliver helium balloons across Dubai — from Dubai Marina and JBR to Downtown, Deira, Jumeirah, Business Bay, and everywhere in between. We take great pride in ensuring your balloons arrive in perfect condition, ready to make your celebration magical.

We currently deliver within Dubai only. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Time Slots

We offer flexible delivery time slots so your balloons arrive exactly when you need them. Available slots are shown at checkout based on your selected delivery date. We recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred slot, especially for weekends and public holidays.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time. Check the website or contact us to confirm same-day availability for your area.

How We Deliver

All balloon arrangements are carefully packaged to protect them during transit. Our delivery team handles every order with care to ensure your balloons arrive fully inflated and looking their best. For large arrangements, our team will assist with setup upon delivery where applicable.

Want to keep your balloons looking beautiful for as long as possible? Follow these simple tips:

🎈 Latex Balloons

  • Latex helium balloons typically float for 8–12 hours.
  • Keep them indoors and away from direct sunlight, heat, and air conditioning vents.
  • Avoid sharp objects and rough surfaces that can cause popping.
  • Cold temperatures can cause balloons to deflate temporarily — bring them indoors to re-inflate naturally.

⭐ Foil (Mylar) Balloons

  • Foil balloons can last 3–5 days or longer when cared for properly.
  • Keep them away from heat sources such as direct sunlight, ovens, or heaters.
  • Avoid puncturing — foil balloons can often be re-inflated if they deflate slowly over time.
  • Store in a cool, dry place when not on display.

🏠 General Tips

  • Keep balloons away from ceiling fans and air vents to prevent premature deflation.
  • Do not leave balloons in a hot car — Dubai's heat can cause them to expand and pop.
  • Tie balloons securely to a weight to prevent them from floating away outdoors.
  • Always supervise young children around balloons.
