Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within Dubai only. Whether you're in Downtown Dubai, Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, Deira, or anywhere else in the emirate, we've got you covered!

How quickly can you deliver?

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before a certain cut-off time, as well as next-day delivery for orders placed in advance. You can select your preferred delivery date and time slot at checkout.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific time?

Yes! During checkout you can choose your preferred delivery date and select from available time slots so your balloons arrive exactly when you need them.

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

Yes, we deliver 7 days a week, including weekends and most public holidays in Dubai. Check our website for any holiday schedule updates.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location within Dubai. We occasionally offer free delivery promotions, so keep an eye on our website!

Balloons & Products

How long do helium balloons last?

Standard latex helium balloons typically float for 12 - 24 hours. Foil (Mylar) balloons can last 3–5 days or even longer when kept indoors away from heat and direct sunlight. See our Balloon Care guide for tips on making them last longer.

Can I customise my balloon arrangement?

Absolutely! Many of our products can be personalised with names, numbers, or specific colour themes. Check individual product pages for customisation options, or contact us for bespoke arrangements.

Are your balloons safe for children?

Our balloons are intended for decorative purposes and should always be used under adult supervision around young children. Deflated or burst balloons can be a choking hazard. Please keep balloons away from children under 8 years old unless supervised.

Payments & Orders

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders already prepared or out for delivery cannot be modified.

What if my balloons arrive damaged?

We take great care in packaging and delivering your balloons. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 2 hours of delivery and we will make it right for you.
