📋 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the perishable and personalised nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on balloon arrangements, bouquets, or event décor once delivered.

Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos at giftfete@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery are non-refundable.
