Welcome to GiftFete. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the GiftFete website and services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Products & Services

GiftFete offers helium balloon arrangements and related products for delivery within Dubai, UAE. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in colour, size, or arrangement may occur.

3. Ordering

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location within Dubai.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

5. Delivery

We deliver within Dubai only. Delivery is subject to availability of time slots. While we make every effort to deliver on time, GiftFete is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or access restrictions.

It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address and time. If a delivery cannot be completed due to no one being present, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled or modified by contacting us as soon as possible. Please note:

  • Orders cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Orders that have already been prepared or dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Balloon Safety

Our balloons are intended for decorative purposes. By purchasing from GiftFete, you acknowledge that:

  • Helium balloons should be kept away from children under 8 years old unless under adult supervision
  • Deflated or burst balloons are a choking hazard
  • Balloons should not be released outdoors as they are harmful to the environment
  • GiftFete is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from improper use of our products

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the GiftFete website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of GiftFete and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GiftFete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
