📋 SHIPPING POLICY

GiftFete currently delivers within Dubai, UAE only.

Delivery Rates:

  • Standard delivery: AED 25
  • Free delivery available on qualifying orders (minimum order threshold applies at checkout)

Delivery Time Slots: Choose your preferred delivery slot at checkout:

  • 🕘 9:00am – 12:00pm
  • 🕛 12:00pm – 3:00pm
  • 🕒 3:00pm – 6:00pm
  • 🕕 6:00pm – 9:00pm

Same-Day Delivery: Same-day delivery is available when orders are placed before 6:00pm GST. Orders placed after 6:00pm will be scheduled for the next available date.

Scheduling: You can select your preferred delivery date and time slot at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries at a flat rate of AED 70. Please note that balloon products may be affected by customs regulations — contact us before ordering internationally.

Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the order, a redelivery fee may apply.
